4. This laptop power bank can be charged by solar panels, but make sure the power of the solar panel is 20-100W.
wish this wasn't discontinued
This is the best power bank I've ever owned. I love the car outlet on it especially because I do not own a car. I can plug car chargers in for things that need voltages other than USB power.
I am happy with this product.

Use with your CPAP for camping
I have a Airsense 10 by Resmed. I camp/fish/raft 5 or 6 times a year, usually 4 to 6 days at a time. In the past I've had to take 2 deep cell batteries, heavy and awkward, to power my CPAP machine through the trip. I bought the Renogy 72,000 Power Bank as a solution. Tried it out at home, humidity turned off and setting of 9, it lasted 6 nights, average of 6-7 hours of sleep each night. With a little juice still left, but not for a full night. This is an ideal solution for what I wanted to use it for. Lightweight, not awkward or cumbersome, easier to use than deep cells, just plug it into your machine, long and strong battery power. Perfect battery if you spend time outdoors and use a CPAP. Or suffer a lot of power outages at home, it seems to hold its charge well. Much better value than the very small expensive batteries that the CPAP manufacturers tout, though you can't take this on an airplane. Might buy a second one and extend some of my outdoor activities! 2 batteries for a 10 or 12 day trip? I'll run out of ice before my CPAP runs out of power. I'm totally happy with this battery and highly recommend.
Excellent for CPAP
I use this for my travel cpap (Z2 by Breas). I've used it on many camping trips whether it's on my motorcycle or when off-roading. It doesn't miss a beat. It works great. I can use it for 5 plus nights with 6-ish hours of sleep on just over 1/2 the battery life. I lost power during the winter storm in February here in OK, didn't have power for 5 nights. I was sure glad to have this. It has no problem charging my phone and running a cpap. The cover is nice. fits snug. Would 100% recommend. (In my case I needed to buy a 12v adapter for my cpap to run in the cigarette lighter.)

ResMed CPAP users! 2 options for using this one.
I decided to try this battery for traveling with my CPAP - possibly backpacking (very heavy for that but I might make it work as lightweight travel CPAPs are $$$). It works with 2 options- the ResMed official 12V DC adapter (cigarette lighter plug) which is very heavy, and the iGuerburn 24V DC adapter which has no "brick" - just a DC cable. The iGuerburn DC cable uses the DC output, and you must set this to 24V first before hooking up, but it seems to work. I have tested this overnight and it worked- the DC system stayed on all night. This effectively saves space by using the DC/DC boost converter onboard the Renogy instead of the ResMed brick. Both options appear to work but the ResMed 12V DC adapter is ~1.7 pounds heavier than using the iGuerburn cable, and much more bulky. However the ResMed adapter is probably the safer bet, as it's a medical-grade device (with a more dependable DC/DC converter than the hardware onboard the Renogy battery). Far as I can tell, the cigarette lighter socket on the ResMed is a simple passthrough from the lithium batteries (maybe with a diode in the middle?) and doesn't depend on the device being "turned on" or set to a certain voltage, so pairing the ResMed 12V adapter with the Renogy battery's cigarette lighter socket is probably a durable & safe bet.

1 year plus has run me though 5 major blackouts with no issue for CPAP
I have had this for over a year and has worked well though multiple power outages .. will run my Cpap for 30+ hours. compact enough that it fits in my carry case for my Cpap so it is ready if i need to travel or in emergencies. defiantly worth it if you have a medical device you rely on. if i was able to camp i would defiantly fine many uses for it
Great for astronomy
I mainly bought this to power my laptop for astronomy night while camping but I've been looking for a product like this for a while. A lot of "external laptop batteries" have a regular 110v (ish) outlet which means they also have a built-in inverter. Inverters are cool if you need them, but are quite unnecessary for laptops. The reason is as follow: An AC adapter (the brick, wall charger) converts AC into DC which is what the laptop runs on. A battery brick with an outlet uses an inverter and inverter works in reverse by taking DC power from a battery and turns it into AC. So in effect, using such a device will waste some battery power because you are in effect, converting DC into AC only to turn it into DC. This product allows you to go direct, DC out to the DC input on your laptop. By removing the middle-man (the inverter) your laptop will run for longer. Whether you use the round DC connection or USB-C, this product is more efficient than any of the products with the "normal" outlet/built-in inverter. Had I been paying closer attention to the specifications, I might not have ordered this item but I'm glad that I did. My laptop runs off of a 90w charger but it typically doesn't draw 90 watts. It only gets close to 80 watts when charging the battery while playing a game (GeForce 950m GPU with 4gigs VRAM) under high CPU load. Luckily, for my purposes this is not a concern and isn't an issue for the vast majority of modern laptops. In any case, this thing will definitely work well with any laptop which uses a 60 watt charger and with extra power just shy of 90 watts (85 watts). The USB-C port works great. The DC port works great. Also, if you ever need an inverter, you can plug it into the cigarette lighter (automotive) socket that is built-in to this device. The presence of the 12 volt socket is also what makes this product great for astronomy. Almost all of the astronomy gear that I own runs off of 12 volt automotive plugs and lot of people will buy car batteries to run their equipment in the field. This product is a great alternative to the Celestron Powertank in terms of value because it has the 12v socket in addition to the presence of a standard laptop DC barrel connection and USB-C with 60w PD for newer laptops. Years ago a family member needed a reliable portable power source for their CPAP machine and had I known about this product, I would have strongly recommended it. So far it's quite reliable and the best value with no shenanigans so far.
Bought battery to have power for CPAP. Battery physical size is small in comparison to others, able to use CPAP for 5 days without need to recharge. Comes with carry/protective case. Multiple type of connections supported. Highly recommended.
This is awesome
Using for my CPAP. I think I could charge my phone, headphones, and run the CPAP for four nights but only did it for two (used about 50% of the battery). This thing is incredibly convenient for camping. It's not gigantically heavy and does what I need and seems to have a bunch of juice. Love it and glad I bought it
