A three-room apartment of 80m² is located on the third floor of a residential building without an elevator, in Kuhačeva Street, near Kvatrić.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area that leads to a balcony, two bedrooms, a storage room, a bathroom with a hydro-massage tub, and a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with two Mitsubishi air conditioners, and the heating is gas-powered central heating. The windows are PVC, the floors are parquet and ceramic, and the entrance door is security reinforced. The apartment was recently renovated, is modernly furnished, fully equipped, and has not been occupied since the renovation. The mattresses are brand new. Lighting can be controlled via smartphone, and fiber-optic internet is being installed. The apartment also features a video intercom.
The building is in excellent condition, with a new façade and roof, and received a green sticker after the earthquake (no damage).
