The average amount of utilities is around 100 euros. The apartment has a storage room. It is possible to rent a parking space in the garage for an extra charge of 100 euros. Parking is possible in the public parking lot with a special parking ticket for 2nd zone. Located near the Trešnjevka market, the city railway and public transport.
Agency commission for the lessee: ONE MONT RENT (no VAT)
The rental contract will be concluded for a minimum of one year.
